In order to maintain membership of their accrediting organisation psychotherapists and counsellors – some coaches and consultants too – must demonstrate (as part of their professional development plan) that they are undertaking ongoing regular supervision with an accredited supervisor.

Supervision is about creating the space and time to reflect on the challenges and dilemmas of your work. Space and time which in turn enhance the quality of your work and enrich the repertoire of skills you have available when working with clients. Supervision helps you ‘see the wood from the trees’, the impact work is having on you personally and professionally and how to maintain a ‘meta-position’.

The focus of my work as a supervisor is supporting the professional development, specifically skill enhancement, of individual professionals. To ensure professional development goals for supervisees are realised and reviewed, I suggest yearly reviews and resetting of learning goals and outcomes.

I offer individual and group supervision and supervision of supervision in London and Hampshire. Given where I am located in Hampshire, I am also conveniently located for supervisees coming from parts of Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire.

If you are interested in growing your skills and developing your professional practice, please get in touch so we can arrange a phone conversation to discuss how we might work together.

I am a UKCP Approved Supervisor, an AFT Approved Supervisor and an Imago Relationship Therapy Certified Supervisor.
