In the course of your contact and work with Crisalida Limited (my trading name), your personal data is collected and held with a view to providing you with services: consultation, psychotherapy, supervision and training.

Your personal data includes your email address, your phone number, your postal address, the amounts for which we invoice you, the dates and times of your appointments and notes further to your meetings with us.

This information is collected as of necessity for Crisalida Limited to provide you ‘Our Services’ in accordance with the Information Commissioner's Office.  

In accordance with the requirements of my professional accrediting body, all information is retained for a period of 7 years, stored securely and kept completely confidential. Electronic records are encrypted and physical records are retained in locked storage.
