We human beings, as part of the natural world, have it written into our DNA to thrive and flourish, though many of us sustain and live with limiting bruises, wounds and scars acquired along the way - often through circumstances beyond our control. My job – a privilege as I see it - is to accompany you for a while on your
journey towards reclaiming your right to thrive and flourish along with all other living things.
I believe that as you develop your own capacity to be curious and reflect on the habits and stories that drive your behaviours towards yourself and others, you will begin to feel able to move through challenges with a sense of healing liberation as you decide to make changes.
Where this understanding is supported with awareness of simple practices and tools designed to help us to regulate our nervous system, a strong, independent resilience can often begin to be established quite quickly.

I and many other professional colleagues - therapists, counsellors, coaches and consultants – are required or opt to have supervision to support and enhance our professional development as well as in some professions to maintain professional registration …….an appropriate form I believe of quality control.
Both supervision and consultation like therapy are a privilege for me as fellow professionals are trusting me with their questions, frustrations, distresses and more…… whether they work with individuals, couples, families, teams or organisations.
My focus is on how best to support professional development. Allowing ourselves space and time to reflect enhances the quality of our work and enriches the repertoire of skills available for working with clients or one another. To ensure professional development goals are realised I suggest regular reviews and resetting of learning goals and outcomes as required.
